Transparent PNG works best. Two logos push the text into the middle of the barrel, so it sets a little smaller. We'll clean up the artwork before production either way.
The ring is the hard break between the two colors — nothing fades across it.

These are not mass-produced souvenirs. They're commemorative pieces built to honor the seasons, championships, milestones, senior nights, coaches, and moments you don't want to forget.

Built for programs
Most of what leaves the shop goes out fifteen at a time. Here's how team orders actually run.
Team orders are painted and finished together in a single run, so the color matches across the set when they're lined up on a table at the banquet.
Send a roster in any format — a spreadsheet, a photo of a lineup card, a text message. We set one layout and swap the name and number per bat.
Send the logo one time and we keep it on file. Next season's order starts from the same artwork, so nothing has to be recreated.
A photo of the real first bat goes to whoever's coordinating before the rest of the run starts. Changes at that stage cost nothing.
Tell us the date you need them, not the date you want them shipped. We build backward from it and we'll say no if it's too tight.
Each bat ships in its own box with a wall mount and the player's name on the outside, so handing them out isn't a sorting exercise.

Production · Twelve days start to finish
Every bat runs the same sequence. Rush orders don't skip steps — they just start sooner.
Billets weighed and sighted down the length. Grain runout goes back on the rack.
Day 1Mounted between centers and turned to profile, checked at six points against the template.
Day 2–3120, 180, 220 on the lathe, then by hand with the grain and cut back once more.
Day 4Handle, ring, and barrel masked and sprayed separately so every break is a hard line.
Day 5–7Logo and lettering cut to consistent depth, then hand-cleaned so nothing bleeds.
Day 8–9Clear topcoat, cure, then boxed with a mount and a card listing species and date.
Day 10–12Pricing & quotes
A quote and a layout proof come back inside one business day. No setup fee, no art charge, no minimum — one bat for a coach is as welcome as thirty for a program.
Per bat
Prices are per bat and include engraving, a wall mount, and an individual box. Shipping is quoted separately once we know the count and the destination.
